Se vuoi aggiungere punti bonus o malus al tuo torneo (come punti pittura o penalità per i ritardi), puoi farlo prima, dopo o durante il torneo. Tutti questi punti vengono conteggiati nella colonna Bonus Points (1)

The explanation on the fluff points will arrive later, after the work of the FFTM

Nota Importante: tutti questi punti vengono conteggiati solo alla fine del torneo. Quindi la generazione del round successivo non sarà impattata

On the administration page of your tournament, you can modify the configuration of the rounds until they start.

1. Calculating a Major Victory

Here you can define how a Major Victory will be calculated, by choosing a 6-point difference or simply if one of the players has doubled the opponent's score by scoring a minimum of 3 points (2 to 1 or 2 to 0 will therefore only count as minor victories).

2. Type of round

This allows you to choose how the rounds are generated. The classic version is the Swiss round, i.e. an initial random round, then a distribution of matches according to ranking from round 2 onwards.

Then there are the forced rounds. In this type, you, as the organiser, select all the matches for each round. For your information, this type is forced for team tournaments such as the WTC or Nations Cup.

Finally, the last choice will be a mix of the 2 previous ones, i.e. a first round where the matches will be entered manually, then rounds calculated according to the ranking. This can be useful if, for example, in round 1, you want to give maximum priority to Good vs Evil.

3. Number of rounds

Quite simply the number of rounds that will be played during your tournament. This will allow the system to determine up to which round to calculate matches.

4. Number of tables

This information is not compulsory. However, if it is entered, the system will help you allocate the tables by doing everything possible to ensure that 2 players do not play the same table twice.

5. Display the ranking between each round

This will allow players to access the ranking at the end of each round on the site. If the option is not ticked, players will only have access to the rounds and their results, but will not have access to the rankings. They will still be able to calculate it, but it will not be provided.

6. Tournament Points configuration

In this section, you can define the amount of points earned for each type of result. Note that the number of points for the player without an opponent is not fixed, but that this will always count as a Major Victory.

If necessary, you can retrieve all the values by default by clicking on the button provided:

Note: Once the first round has started, you will no longer be able to change these details. So remember to take a last look inside before clicking on Start the tournament.

Still on the tournament management page, you have access to an Army List tab. This tab also has a small dot showing the number of lists received since your last visit and awaiting validation.

There are 3 possible states for the coloured dots at the beginning of the line:

  • green: the list is validated.
  • yellow: the list is awaiting validation.
  • red: list rejected. In this case, in the actions, you can see why the list has been rejected.

Otherwise, for each line you will find the main information for each list, and access to the list details. Once in the details, you will have 3 options:

  • Validate the list.
  • Validate the list as an odd list (this will be the list played by a replacement player if someone does not turn up for the tournament at the last minute).
  • Refuse the list: you will then have to justify your refusal.

All these choices will result in an email to the player informing them of your decision.
