Missions:
The game is played according to the Matched Play mission pool system.
Round 1: Pool 1
Round 2: Pool 2
Round 3: Pool 3
Round 4: Pool 4
Round 5; Pool 5
Round 6: Pool 6
**Order of pools might vary on the actual tournament days
TO will roll for the mission related to the pool before the round starts.
TO gives notice 10 minutes before the round ends, after which no new rounds may be started, time is played out and points are counted.
Terrain:
Forest is played as an area terrain, i.e. and in the way is rolled for a forest tile, trees can be moved to make room for models if they are standing on a forest tile. If a tree is not on a forest tile, it cannot be moved and still gives in the way as normal.
Go through all the terrain on the table before the match starts, so that you agree on the rules regarding the way, where you can climb etc. If in doubt, ask TO.
We will aim for approximately 33% terrain.
List:
Army list must include:
Army leader
Warbands and their compositions
Units, wargear options and costs
Break and quartering points
Army list must be presented printed from a builder, no handwritten army lists. We recommend using Lonewolf Army builder or Tabletop Admiral.
A full list with the army can be sent in on BCP no later than a week before for a checkup.
Lists will be public after they have been checked.
Remember to bring two lists, one for you and one for the opponent.
Models:
Proxies and stand ins are allowed. Ask if you are unsure if the model would be accepted by uploading a picture in the FB event and we will reply as soon as possible.
Legacy Profiles are allowed
No painting requirement, but we of course encourage it for the full game experience.
There will be a best-painted award
Code of conduct:
Declare intentions and communicate intent
Check the rulebook before calling TO, to make a call
Take Backs
We all make mistakes when we play. It could be forgetting to move a model, or to use an ability at the correct time – it’s a natural part of the game. To avoid putting your opponent in an awkward situation by asking for permission to do something you forgot at the proper time, take-backs are discouraged. If you do ask anyway, you must respect your opponent’s decision if they say no.
Measuring distances
Remember to state your actions/intentions clearly when measuring distances. For example, when moving a unit forward, you might say: “This unit is more than 24” away from that enemy unit, which can move 6” and shoot 18”, so I will not be able to shoot them on my turn, correct?”
Your opponent may then measure and agree or disagree with your statement. If you disagree with your opponent’s statement, it is important to voice this, including what conditions must be met for you to agree.
Dices, Cocked Dice & Re-rolls
Cocked dice must be re-rolled. A die is considered cocked if it does not lie flat on the mat, an objective marker, or the bottom of your dice tray. Dice must also be re-rolled if they land on terrain, even if they appear to lie flat.
If there is a symbol on a 1 or 6 inform your opponent in advance.
Time
Games are NOT played with chess clocks or any other form of timekeeping between the players. However, players are encouraged to respect that the game is played within a time limit, and that this time should be shared reasonably evenly between both players.
